When life feels overwhelming or uncertain, Citizens Advice Test Valley is ready to step in with a helping hand. This local team is proud to be the People’s Champion—offering free, confidential, and impartial advice to anyone who needs support.


They work with residents across the Test Valley, including Andover, Romsey, and nearby areas, offering guidance on a wide range of issues such as: benefits, work, debt and money, consumer issues (including energy), relationships, housing, law and rights, discrimination and more.

Romsey: Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 12 midday at Former Magistrates Court, Church Street SO51 8AQ
Romsey Foodbank: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 10:30am to 12:30pm at Freedom Centre, Unit 6, Greatbridge Business Park, Budds Lane SO51 0HA
