The Romsey Opportunity Group (ROG) is a local charity that currently has spaces available to support more children with additional needs and their families. The charity was established in 1971 to provide a
safe, caring and welcoming setting for children, aged 0-5, with a wide range of additional needs, including physical, emotional and sensory disabilities. ROG is one of only a few Ofstedregistered Special Needs Centres remaining in Hampshire providing a stimulating environment with specialist play facilities where children can play and learn at their own pace with a 1-1 key worker to help them reach their full potential. In addition, while children are playing, parents and carers are provided with a space to relax and develop supportive friendships over a hot drink and a biscuit. The Group meets twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday morning during term time and is based at the Appletree Centre, Romsey. Contact ROG if you believe your child would benefit from a place with the charity.
